Revamping My Self Care 2022

One of my goals this year was to really work on myself. I wanted to really focus on me and bettering my own life. During the month of March, I am really go to focus on me and revamping my self care routine.


I want to be able to have a "self care" night once a week, probably on a Friday night after a long week of work. I want to be able to do face masks, hair masks and really just work on me. Another thing that I am going to do (really pushing) in March is starting to work out. I want to at least do workouts 3 times a week. I am currently battling more health issues and am hoping to have some answers in March and really focus on making that aspect better.


My plan for my weekly self care nights is the have 1 face mask and a hair mask. I also am thinking about foot masks which I absolutely love. I am not really sure what else I could do in the way of masks etc. But I know I am also going to make a point of a weekly decompress by writing in my journal and by starting to do meditation daily. Meditation is something I have really struggled with so I am hoping that if I can start again and maybe it will help my mental health more. Another aspect is monthly I want to make sure my finger and toenails are painted and look nice. Sometimes I do go and get my nails done but I only do that 2-4 times a year.
